"Doing it all for the glory of God." Maybe you've heard that expression before. It comes from 1 Corinthians 10:31, which we'll cover Sunday as we continue our series on Paul's first letter to the Corinthians. But what does it mean to do everything for the glory of God? In our passage (1 Corinthians 10:23-11:1), the Apostle Paul reminds us that while we may have the freedom to do many things, our lives are ultimately meant to reflect something greater than ourselves. The Christian life is more than just trying to be the best versions of ourselves, individually. We're called to be something completely different altogether. In considering this passage we'll discover how every choice we make can become an opportunity to glorify God, serve others with love, and point people to Christ.
