Summary:

This week we consider the fourth candle of the advent wreath–the one representing love. We'll look at the Gospel according to John, which doesn't cover the birth story–but it does give us the reason for Christ's coming. John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life." He is the greatest Christmas gift ever given and we'll talk about how the gift of Jesus came from God's love, and he came bringing love.
