Passage: The First Letter of Paul to the Corinthians 1 Corinthians 11:17-34

Preacher: Rob Holster

Series: To God's Church

Summary:

It's still really hot outside, but summer is over. At least for the kids as they're back in school––older kids are off to college, etc. Hard to believe. But the end of summer means we're getting back to our regular Sunday morning routine at Hill Country Church. This week we'll have our full complement of kids classes and Adult Sunday School. That being said, I'd love to invite you to join us this Sunday as we gather for worship and continue through God’s Word with a message from 1 Corinthians 11:17–34 titled: “Together For The Lord’s Supper” In this passage, Paul reminds the church of the significance of coming together around the Lord’s Supper. Communion is more than a ritual—it is a powerful reminder of Christ’s sacrifice and a picture of our unity as His people. As we look at this passage together, we’ll be challenged to consider how we approach the Lord’s Table, how we care for one another, and what it truly means to be together for Christ.
